
The restaurant has two connected dining rooms with large windows with view on the beautifull landscape, a winter garden, a nice outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and a large garden. We can transform everything to make your event more special. Every detail is a symbol of an authentic welcome ….the living room, the central fireplace, the ancient chandeliers, a vaulted ceiling with visible bricks. The raw materials are the basis of every recipe. The work begins with the cultivation of our own vegetables. We plant all the vegetables that are used in the dishes: it is the nature that is directing, on its own rhythm depending also of the climate. The meat, eggs, cheeses, salami and flour are all selected from local producers: Piedmont, a land of great excellence. We work the products on site but we love the mix of national and global tastes and scents, often at a basis of more traditional recipes. From the raw materials we also get our specialties: pasta, bread, breadsticks, focaccia integral, pies, cakes. In à la carte menu we offer traditional dishes, seasonal proposals, a traditional menu and a truffle menu from October till December. We offer our home-produced Diego Pressenda wines and a wine list with a selection of local labels that pair perfectly with our menu. For all your events we organize lunches and dinners with personalized menus with the possibility of an aperitif in our panorama garden. We welcome you in a family atmosphere with refined and attentive care to the service. The ideal place for a romantic dinner, to celebrate the most special occasions with family and friends, and to discover and taste the local tradition and of course the special wines of the territory.
