Homemade pasta!

An experience dedicated to the nature and its products! It begins with a visit to the farm located a few km from the center of Monforte: the vegetable gardens, the fruit trees, the laboratory and finally the historic vinegar farm. Yes, because here there is one of the very few vinegar farm still operating in the area, with 48 barrels producing simple and genuine vinegars following the Orleans method. Then let’s start! You will prepare excellent tajarin, the typical Langa pasta, then seasoned with the tomato sauce produced by the farm and eaten for lunch, together with other excellent light dishes always prepared with ingredients grown on the farm. Minimum 4 maximum 15 people, booking at least 7 days in advance.
